Shipping policy

At Prime Picks Studio, we treat every curated heritage piece with the utmost care. Our fulfilment process is built to ensure your garments arrive securely, transparently, and as efficiently as possible.

1. Processing & Handling Times

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for our studio to meticulously inspect, package, and hand off your order to the carrier.

  • Shipping Days: Orders are securely dispatched from our studio Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on statutory holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

We ship nationwide from our location in Carleton Place, Ontario.

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days depending on your province.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster transit times (typically 1 to 3 business days).

  • Tracking: Every single domestic shipment includes full door-to-door tracking and shipping insurance. A tracking link will be automatically emailed to you the moment your shipping label is generated.

3. Complimentary Shipping Incentive

  • To thank you for supporting the archive, we offer Complimentary Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders over $150.00 CAD automatically at checkout.

4. Local Studio Pickup (Carleton Place & Area)

  • If you reside locally in the Carleton Place region, you can entirely bypass shipping fees by selecting Local Pickup at checkout.

  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification email to coordinate a secure collection window at our studio location.

5. International Shipping

  • We ship globally to ensure our archive is accessible worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact destination.

  • Please Note: International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is securely handed over to the carrier and scanned into their system, transit logistics are out of our direct control.

  • If your tracking status shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal outlet or neighbours before contacting us at primepicksstudioca@gmail.com so we can assist you in launching a carrier investigation.
